The Youngblood Brass Band is a brass band from Oregon, Wisconsin, United States that was started by students at Oregon High School in 1995 when they were known as the One Lard Biskit Brass Band with the name changed to the current name in 1998.

She is known for her beautiful smooth euphonium sound. She will be performing international recitals in Japan and Norway in Summer 2017. She has been hosted at colleges and universities in North Carolina and South Carolina. She has seven planned guest artist venues this upcoming academic year.
She also has been asked to perform as a soloist with several colleges and universities throughout North Carolina. Stephanie is actively working with several different composers throughout the United States and performing their world premiers.In addition to her solo career she currently is on the music faculty as an Adjunct Music Instructor at Western Carolina, Rowan Cabarrus Community College and at Mitchell Community College. She also teaches for the Salvation Army in Statesville, North Carolina instructing brass band, piano and music theory.She is entering her last year of her Doctor of Musical Arts at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where she is studying with Dennis AsKew. She has completed her Master of Music degree in euphonium performance from the University of Alabama studying with Demondrae Thurman and her Bachelor of Music in euphonium performance from Appalachian State University studying with Christopher Blaha. Her additional instructors include Fritz Kaezing, Robert Clark, Steven Etters and Benjamin Pierce.Prior to teaching collegiately, she has assisted in teaching at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and The University of Alabama. She has been a part of two professional recording projects; Anthony Barfield: Chapter II and Forbes plays Forbes with the University of Alabama's Wind Ensemble.Stephanie plays a Miraphone 5050 Ambassador series and is proudly sponsored by Warburton Music Products.
Anthony Barfield is an active chamber and orchestral musician. As a freelance trombonist, he has performed with numerous groups throughout the Northeast and has performed frequently in venues including Carnegie Hall, Avery Fisher Hall, Alice Tully Hall, and the Kennedy Center. Barfield is a Teaching Artist for Grammy-awardwinning producer Phil Ramone's Children's Orchestra and a member of the Black Pearl Chamber Orchestra in Philadelphia.
He has performed with the, Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra, Alabama Symphony, Mobile Symphony, and Park Avenue Chamber Symphony and alongside musicians such as Wycliffe Gordon. Barfield can be heard on recordings including Donnie McClurkin's We Are All One (Live), Demondrae Thurman's Soliloquies with the University Of Alabama Wind Ensemble, Lisa McClendon's Live at The House of Blues, Weston Sprott's Act I, and other commercial albums. Barfield quickly emerged as a composer upon his arrival to New York City.
Recognized for his lyrical writing style, his compositions have been performed throughout the United States and Europe. Barfield's work for trombone choir, Reflections (ASCAP), was premiered at the 2008 Alessi Seminar in Fossano, Italy. Barfield has received commissions from trombonists including Joseph Alessi, Principal Trombonist of the New York Philharmonic and Steven Lange, Second Trombonist of the Boston Symphony; as well as the Manhattan School of Music Brass Orchestra and other ensembles. His new work for solo trombone and band, 'Here We Rest', is scheduled for premiere at the 2012 New York Wind Band Festival in Carnegie Hall. He has written works for groups including the University of Scranton Singers, Baldwin Wind Symphony, and the Juilliard Trombone Choir. Barfield has studied composition with C.P.
First, Avner Dorman, Thomas Cabaniss, and Nils Vigeland. Barfield holds degrees in trombone performance from the Juilliard School and Manhattan School of Music. Barfield's primary trombone instructors include Dan Drill, Jay Evans, Joseph Alessi, Per Brevig, and Michael Powell with additional studies with Demondrae Thurman and John Faieta.
